General Policy

All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of electronic products, items are generally not eligible for return or exchange once delivered and accepted, except in the situations listed below.

Eligible Return Cases

• Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from your order, contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
• Damaged During Delivery: Report any visible shipping damage immediately before accepting the package.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA): If a product is non-functional upon first use, notify us within 24 hours with supporting evidence.
• Manufacturing Defect: Products with verified manufacturing defects may qualify for replacement.
• Missing Item(s): If any ordered item or accessory is missing from your package.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Wrong product ordered by the customer.
• Damage caused by improper use, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, soldering, or modification.
• Burnt electronic components (ICs, modules, sensors, microcontrollers, etc.).
• Products with physical damage after delivery.
• Claims made after 24 hours of delivery (except valid warranty claims).

How to Return

1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and describe the issue.
3. Share clear photo or video evidence.
4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
5. Approved products may be replaced with the same item or exchanged for a product of equal or higher value (price difference applies). Return courier charges may apply depending on the case.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement product is unavailable. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad or other applicable methods).

Warranty Products

Products covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty are eligible for warranty service according to the applicable warranty terms. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, or burnt components.
